The Golden Isles Dialysis facility was a
unique project in the sense that the site
boundary was determined by the
engineering site plans. Given a "clean
slate" from which to plan the site,
Tidewater Engineering was able to save
the owner thousands of dollars in land
costs by minimizing the area required to
make the site functional and attractive.
