family attached subdivision project.

Site design included GaDOT lane
improvements, stormwater
management and site grading to
accomodate the drainage as well as
the sanitary sewer design
constraints.

The design of the site required cross
drainage easements and an
agreement with the adjacent owner
for stormwater management.
