We were delighted to be a part of the
design team for this project.

Maintaining the "Island" feel was the goal
in the design. The owner's interest in
preserving the beauty of the site was
paramount to the success of the project.

The integrity of the site was kept by
preserving the majority of the live oak tree
canopy and the naturally vegetative buffer
at the rear of the site where it meets a
multi-family development.

The site design not only worked around
the beautiful, existing oak trees but
utilized pervious concrete for the parking
area. Grading considerations were also
applied to make this site as bicycle friendly
as possible, even for novice riders.
